Welcome, I am Rachel, a personal trainer and fitness coach with a background in health club management. I am also a mother of 1 baby girl and I help busy mums & professional females get into fitness, train efficiently, improve their mindset and feel good about their bodies.

Fitness is my passion, I love what I do!
I spent many years working in the best gyms/studios all over London, but I always had bigger ambitions, wanting to reach more people, while also having more personal freedom to travel and start a family. So I begun coaching online in 2021, offering my knowledge and expertise to ladies worldwide.
Experience has taught me the importance of the client journey, so with our programs you will always have engagement, social connection and regular feedback to ensure you are enjoying training, you can be assured that we will work around your lifestyle and keep you on track.
I want to ensure women and mothers do not fall behind on their health, their fitness or their achievements. Because life gets in the way and you can lose yourself while juggling a busy lifestyle looking after your family and building a career. As a new mother I had to discover new ways to stay active and eat well while taking care of the daily needs of a small person.
Sales are not the most important thing for me, I work to improve lives, improve confidence in others and promote wellbeing. I believe in correct, safe exercise, I believe in patience, not perfection and I believe in working to reach your full potential.
My aim is to provide knowledge that will empower clients for the rest of their life and guide them towards great health in future years.
